In the customization box, be sure to include any and all information about what you want on the banner! (words, colors, elements, themes, etc.) Feel free to attach invitations and inspiration photos or email them to paintedbycami@gmail.com along with your name and order number.

Based on the details you provide in your order, I will create a rough mockup for your banner and send via email (or text if requested). This is when you can suggest any changes or additions to the final design. If I do not receive a response within 3 days, the mockup will be saved and painted as is.

Please keep in mind that my banners are completely handmade by me! While I spend hours designing and painting each banner, I am not perfect & there may be slight imperfections!

Banners will be delivered by and available for pickup on the date you choose in your order. Message me if you have an issue with the pickup date.
